Gwitterchäs is the creamiest of our cheeses. It pairs well with pickles or meat or simply enjoy it on its own. It is made in our dairy in the Toggenburg valley. As with all of our cheeses, the milk used in the production of this cheese is 100% supplied by mountain farmers from our region.

We are proud to call our cheese 100% Swiss. Most of the time we don’t even have to look any further than our little valley to collect the best ingredients – such as natural raw cow’s and goat’s milk from our local farmers. We are actively involved in supporting products and other producers from the Toggenburg region.
